Nilton Arruda

Nilton Arruda has diverse work experience in various industries. Nilton started in 2005 as a Senior Shop Tech at Micro Computers. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at InComm | Agent Solutions as a Territory Sales Representative, where they played a vital role in business growth, training employees, and maintaining customer satisfaction. In 2017, they joined Capital Contractors as an Account Supervisor, managing accounts and coordinating apartment cleanings. In 2018, they became an Information Technology Generalist at Winter Hill Bank, providing IT support and assisting with branch management. Nilton also worked as an Operations Manager at Well Done Services LLC, where they made leadership decisions and implemented operational policies. Currently, they serve as an IT Support Engineer Level 2 at GraVoc, responsible for maintaining networks, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and managing projects.

Nilton Arruda obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Gibbs College-Boston, spanning from 2003 to 2005.
