Ana Martínez Branch

Ana Martínez Branch, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Leader for the Americas at Gravotech since 2022, and also holds the position of Human Resources Manager at AES Clean Technology since January 2020. Ana has extensive experience in human resources management, having held similar managerial roles at KRAIBURG TPE, Reliance Worldwide Corporation, Outcomes Health Information Solutions, Mimaki USA, Business Software, Inc., and Blake & Pendleton, Inc. Ana's career began in employee relations as a Coordinator at Charter Behavioral Health Systems from 1996 to 1999. Educationally, Ana graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Public Affairs from the University of Miami.
