Alex Atwood is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive coach with extensive experience in the hospitality and wellness industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice Chairman at Gravy Work since August 2018, Atwood leads initiatives that connect the hospitality sector with reliable professionals. In addition, Atwood hosts The Alchemist Lounge Podcast, which focuses on helping leaders adapt their practices for future challenges. As a Psychedelic Integration Coach at Third Wave since April 2021, Atwood guides individuals in personal growth. Previously, Atwood founded and served as CEO of Sanistaff and held the role of CEO at PSG Inc and Hospitality Training Institute, significantly impacting the staffing and training sectors within hospitality. Atwood holds degrees in Organizational Well-Being and Psychology from George Mason University.
