Ivy Tsai

Ivy Tsai is a skilled design professional with experience in management and architectural roles. Currently serving as Design Manager at Gray AES since November 2023, Ivy previously held the position of Assistant Design Manager and Architectural Technician at Gray from June 2017 to November 2023. Ivy's background includes customer service roles at Coach, Discovery Place, Inc., Pool Management Group, Inc., and Subway, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both design and service industries. Academically, Ivy holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is pursuing a Global LEAD summer program in International Business from National Taiwan University.
