Customer Success Manager at Gray Associates

As Customer Success Manager, Nick builds strong relationships with our clients and helps them navigate Gray’s PES software and identify optimal use cases. He also provides personalized support, training, and formal onboarding processes to ensure client success.Prior to working at Gray, he served as a research assistant at NSF-CURENT Engineering Research Center.

Nick is passionate about data analysis and research. At CURENT, he cleaned and analyzed raw datasets to ultimately publish scientific journals. His research focused on energy equality structures, as well as renewable energy technology adoption.

Before working for CURENT, Nick worked at a fireworks company, where he assisted in the development of a sales model to negotiate with severe price increases due to the pandemic without quality erosion.
