Michael Ballard

Michael Ballard has a diverse work experience. Michael currently serves as the President of Gray Falkon since January 2018. Prior to this, they owned WashBarn Car Wash since 2014. Michael was also a Founding Partner - Patent and Trademark Attorney at Sunstone IP from 2014 to 2018. Furthermore, Michael was the owner of MB Sports Management from 2012 to 2018. Michael worked as Of Counsel at Schmeiser, Olsen & Watts in 2013 and served as the Chair of Trademark Treaties and International Law Committee at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they were an Equity Shareholder - Patent Attorney at Workman Nydegger from 2004 to 2013.

Michael Ballard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2001. Michael then went on to attend BYU Law School from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Law.
