Rita El Haddad has a diverse work experience in the field of interior design and architecture. Rita worked at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon as the Head of Design, where they were responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and maintenance of 40 branches. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Interior Architect at the same company, where they designed stores from concept to completion and worked on external facades, internal displays, and customer flow. Before joining Gray Mackenzie, they worked as an Interior Architect and a Junior Interior Designer. Additionally, Rita El Haddad worked at Galerie Haddad pour meubles et decoration as a Freelance Interior Designer and Interior Design Salesperson, where they built and maintained a client base, provided furnishing solutions, and oversaw the installation of design elements. Rita also had an internship as an Interior Designer at the same company. Rita El Haddad briefly worked at ACE Awaida construction & engineering and Buildmart Mall as well.
Rita El Haddad earned their Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture from Lebanese Canadian University (LCU). Rita attended LCU from 2015 to 2018.

Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon S.A.L was established in 1996, as a pacesetter in the ownership and operation of supermarkets and hypermarkets in Lebanon. Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon (GMRL) owns Spinneys, the leading multinational supermarket chain which made its comeback in 1996, 23 years after shutting down its operations due to the civil war. GMRL now operates 16 Spinneys branches. In 2014, GMRL introduced the Happy Discount Store, an innovative retail concept, which has today grown into a popular discount store brand, with 5 branches. GMRL acquired the Grab’nGo Convenience Stores in 2018, and presently operates 11 branches of the local convenience store chain. The latest addition to the company’s portfolio has been the Signature by Spinneys concept, launched in 2019.
