John Porawski

John Porawski is a passionate and results-oriented technology leader with 24 years of success delivering innovative solutions that satisfy evolving user and organizational needs. He has built multiple globally distributed engineering practices from the ground up, introducing new products to market during multiple rounds of funding, acquisitions and mergers. He is a well-versed author of deliverables from all phases of agile, lean, test-driven development and continuous delivery including architecture, functional and technical design as well as implementation.

As the Chief Technology Officer, he oversees product development with a laser focus on reliable delivery, quality, technical excellence and continuous delivery. He also is building a technology practice of high-caliber talent through foundational pillars, recruiting, professional development and agile principles.

Prior to joining Gray Matter Analytics, Mr. Porawski was a technology leader for the last 7 years at healthcare data analytics organizations with a focus on delivering value in the domains of Population Health and Value Based Contracting. He has also led engineering in AdTech innovating Real-Time Bidding technology for a Demand Side platform.

Mr. Porawski holds a BS in Systems Analysis and BA in Psychology from Miami University of Ohio.
