Tanya L T. has extensive experience in marketing and business management. Tanya L began their career as a Senior Product Development Manager at Barton Cotton, where they developed strategies to optimize profits and maximize testing of new concepts. Tanya L then moved on to roles such as Director of Public Awareness at VSA arts, where they directed public awareness efforts and established relationships with corporations for collaboration and sponsorship.
Tanya then joined NAVTEQ, via Map Network, as the Director of Marketing, where they established the Marketing Department and led all marketing initiatives, both online and offline. Tanya L also played a key role in establishing a new website and implementing reporting analytics.

Tanya L.T.'s education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at the University of the Philippines. From 1989 to 1994, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy. After completing their undergraduate studies, they moved on to the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 1997. There, they undertook a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Marketing, which they completed in 1998.
