Hailing from Colorado and a dedicated member of Gray Reed's litigation team, Laura's duties include case analysis; witness investigation; record procurement; expert witness communications and productions; vetting fact and expert witnesses; skip tracing; objective/subjective document review; drafting and filing pleadings in multiple states and federal courts; medical/billing chronologies and summaries; indexing of production; tax, background, real estate and driving record investigation; preparation of exhibits and notebooks for hearings; deposition preparation and attendance; assisting in the preparation of mediation, arbitration and trial; legal research; spreadsheets; analyzing case details of fact, accounting disputes and multiple claim matters; and expert witness productions, records inventory and witness-deposition charts.
Prior to earning her paralegal certificate, Laura spent 6 years as a legal assistant working with Gray Reed attorneys from various practice groups.
