Lynsey J. Hyde

Lynsey Hyde focuses her legal practice on corporate governance and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, entity restructurings and other general corporate matters. She also assists the firm’s real estate attorneys in facilitating real efstate acquisitions and dispositions and preparing commercial leases.

During law school, Lynsey received seven CALI Academic Awards for earning the highest grade in her class, including Contracts II, Federal Income Taxation, Payment Systems (Commercial Paper) and Professional Responsibility. She was also a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Fraternity and Order of the Lytae.
