Savannah Warner focuses her legal practice on corporate governance and transactional matters. In addition, she works with firm’s real estate attorneys to prepare commercial lease agreements for national and regional clients and to facilitate real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Gray Reed, Savannah worked for a boutique litigation firm and interned at the Harris County Attorney's Office.
During law school, Savannah was a Dean's Merit Scholarship recipient and a CALI Award winner for Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. She was also a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and held leadership positions for the Texas Journal of Business Law and Corporate Counsel Review
