Charles Krebs

Charles Krebs has a diverse range of work experience. Charles is currently working as a Corporate Counsel at Gray since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tempur Sealy International from 2020 to 2023, where they held the positions of Corporate Counsel, Director, and Corporate Counsel - Contractor.

Before joining Tempur Sealy International, Charles worked as an Associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP from 2015 to 2020. During that time, they were seconded in-house with Tempur Sealy International, Inc. and was involved in mergers and acquisitions, ESOP transactions, and deal management.

Charles started their career at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as a Summer Associate in 2014. Charles also gained legal experience as a Summer Associate at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP in 2013.

Charles has a background in communications, having worked as a Communications Intern at Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance (KEMI) in 2012. Prior to that, they studied Public Relations with minors in Music and International Development at Brigham Young University. Charles also worked as a Writer - Communications during their time at Brigham Young University.

In 2011, Charles served as the Country Director - Fiji for HELP International, where they managed a group of volunteers and collaborated with local NGOs to develop and implement development projects.

Charles started their professional journey as a Fijian Language Instructor at the Missionary Training Center in 2009.

Charles Krebs earned their Bachelor's degree in Communications: Public Relations from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 2006 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctorate at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law from 2012 to 2015.
