Richard Symons

Assistant Project Manager at Gray

Richard Symons has a range of work experience in project management and team leadership. Richard began their career as a Human Resource Specialist/Team Leader in the US Army, where they supervised and trained infantrymen and handled financial documentation for a company of 60 individuals. After leaving the military, Richard worked as a Project Manager at ADCOLOR, INC., where they managed communication between departments, customers, and team members to ensure projects were completed according to estimates. Richard also coordinated the remodel and installation of grocery store chains. Following this role, Richard joined The Installation Source, Inc. as a Project Manager, responsible for managing and delivering key projects within specified schedules and budgets. Richard oversaw the installation of over 5000 chairs for a remodel of Rupp Arena. Most recently, Richard has been working as an Assistant Project Manager at Gray.

Richard Symons attended the University of Kentucky from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Community Communications and Leadership Development.
