Assistant Project Manager at Gray

Ryan Henney has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Ryan started their career at Beynon's Service Center, Inc. in 2006, where they worked as an Automotive Mechanic and also managed customer relations until 2013. After that, they joined Archer Daniels Midland Company in 2014, initially as a Production Assistant and then as a Flour Mill and Grain Elevator Superintendent. During their time there, they successfully implemented a predictive maintenance program and managed the installation of various systems. In 2019, Ryan joined Deutsche Beverage Technology as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects in the craft beverage industry. Their responsibilities included designing custom-built brewing systems, managing project staging areas, and providing technical support to clients. In 2023, they joined Gray as an Assistant Project Manager.

Ryan Henney attended Penn State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biological Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Bethel Park High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Ryan Henney has also obtained additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained a certification in HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) from the International HACCP Alliance. More recently, in December 2020, they became a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone Certification Program.
