William Shawn Hall has a diverse work history in the construction and electrical industry. William Shawn started their career in 1995 at Lake Charles Electric as an I&E Technician, where they gained experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical systems. William Shawn then worked as an Electrical Supervisor at KBR, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Friendships Unlimited as a Maritime EC&I Controls specialist. In 2012, they joined National Oilwell Varco as a NOV Controls Technician. William Shawn then worked at Chevron and BHP Billiton as an I&E Construction Supervisor before joining Gray Construction in 2016 as an MEP Construction Manager.

William Shawn Hall received a Certificate in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from SOWELA Technical Community College from 1997 to 1999. William Shawn also completed an Electrical License from the IBEW Apprenticeship Program between 1995 and 2001. In 2012 and 2013, William Shawn Hall pursued studies at NOV Tech College, specializing in Amphion and Cyberbase Controls.
