Yngrid Alvarez

Yngrid Alvarez has diverse work experience in the fields of project engineering, facility design management, construction supervision, and architectural assistance. Yngrid joined Gray in 2020 as a Project Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Universal Creative from 2018 to 2020 as an Assistant Facility Design Manager, where they collaborated with the Facility Design Manager to oversee various projects and coordinate design packages. Yngrid also assisted with construction administration efforts. Yngrid worked at Universal Studios Hollywood from 2016 to 2018, first as an On-Site Supervisor, where they interpreted engineering and designer drafting in the field and coordinated temporary venue construction. Later, they served as a Park Services Team Lead & Trainer, handling park operations. Before joining Universal, they gained experience at Inversiones 578 C.A Ingeniería y Construcción from 2009 to 2013 as an Assistant Project Architect, supporting project finalization, drafting, and on-site inspections. Yngrid also worked at VHARQ Y Asociados from 2007 to 2009 as an Architect Assistant & AutoCAD Drafter.

Yngrid Alvarez earned their Bachelor's Degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from Universidad José Antonio Páez. Yngrid attended the university from 2003 to 2008. In 2014 to 2016, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Audio Engineering at Musicians Institute. Furthermore, in 2017, they attended Lumbleau Real Estate School to study Real Estate. Yngrid possesses additional certifications, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) from Procore Technologies, which they obtained in December 2020. Yngrid also holds a Pro Tools 11 Music Operator certification from Avid Technology obtained in March 2016 and a Logic Pro X certification from Apple obtained in September 2015.
