Teresa Shroll

Teresa Shroll, M.A., currently serves as the Commercial Institutional and Government Sales Manager for the Boston District at Graybar, a position held since October 2016. Previous roles at Graybar include Branch Manager Electrical and Business Analyst. In addition to this role, Teresa is a DEI Board Member for the Professional Women in Construction Boston Chapter since September 2022. Teresa’s past experience includes serving as Program and Finance Manager for the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project, where grants totaling $869K were secured, and implementing cost reduction strategies that decreased expenses by 22%. Earlier roles include Practicum Student at Community Teamwork Inc., Co-Founder and Program Manager for Support Our Students at UMass Lowell, and Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Teresa has earned a Master’s Degree in Community Social Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with further studies at The Ohio State University ongoing.
