Lucy Read

Lucy Read is an experienced professional with a robust background in apprenticeship management and development. Currently serving as an Early Talent Development Manager at GRAYCE since February 2023, Lucy is responsible for delivering the Grayce Development Programme and mentoring analysts to enhance their professional skills. Prior roles include Head of Operations, Programme Manager, Quality Improvement Manager, Funding and Compliance Specialist, Qualification Manager, and NVQ Assessor & Internal Verifier at The Apprentice Academy from October 2010 to January 2023, where Lucy focused on effective delivery of apprenticeship services, learner experience, compliance, and quality improvement. Additional experience includes roles in internal verification and learner support at Ethical Skills and Training and Training For Travel, as well as a certification in education from The University of Bolton. Since May 2023, involvement with Bookmark Reading Charity as a volunteer has further exemplified Lucy's dedication to education and skill development.
