Simina Birsan

Simina Birsan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, accounting, and customer service. Currently serving as the Owner of Ana's Ballroom since October 2020, Simina has also been a Property Manager at Grayco Properties, LLC since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing occupancy, training leasing agents, and handling financial reporting. Prior experience includes roles as a Construction Staff Accountant at Maxair Mechanical, Inc. in 2017, a Customer Service Representative at Publix Super Markets from 2012 to 2015, and a Customer Service Sales Specialist at UPC Romania from 2006 to 2012.
