Susan Ardis

Susan Ardis has over 20 years of work experience in account management roles. Susan started their career at Transcontinental Direct in 1996, where they worked as an Account Services Manager until May 2009. Following that, they joined GrayHair Software in August 2009 as an Account Manager. At GrayHair Software, they were responsible for managing client accounts and promoting the company's products and services.

Susan Ardis obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Management/Data Processing from Northern Essex Community College, where they studied from 1984 to 1986. In addition to their degree, Susan has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the certification in "Building Rapport with Customers" from LinkedIn.
