Tom McCaully has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and companies. Tom started their career as the CEO of GrayHair Software, Inc. in 2001 and has been with the company since then. In 2018, they joined Elwyn as a member of the Board, where they contribute to the organization's mission of supporting individuals with diverse challenges. From 2012 to 2018, Tom served as a member of the Board of Directors at Hopeworks 'n Camden, an organization that empowers youth. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of Com-Pak Services from 1997 to 2011. Additionally, Tom also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Albion Engineering Co. from 2000 to 2006.
Tom McCaully attended Pennsauken High School from 1968 to 1972. Following that, they attended Rutgers University - Camden from 1973 to 1974. No degree or field of study was provided for either educational institution.
