Alex Efron

Alex Efron is a seasoned professional in the fields of healthcare and biotechnology, currently serving in Investments & Strategic Partnerships at Sutter Health since July 2025. As a Co-Founder of TEZCAT Laboratories, Alex has played a pivotal role in developing innovative therapeutics aimed at treating Ras-driven cancers. Previous positions include Board Observer roles at Promptly Patient Experience Suite, n6 Tec, and GrayHawk Health, as well as Director on the Board of Frontier Psychiatry. With experience as a Senior Associate at Telegraph Hill Partners and as an Investment Associate at Spring Mountain Capital, Alex has a robust background in venture capital and growth equity. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Neuroscience from Pomona College.
