Bob Linning

Bob Linning has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering and project management roles. Bob started their career as a Design Engineer at McDonnell Douglas in 1988, where they were responsible for the layout, design, and modification of cockpit components. Bob then worked at Exide Technologies as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Team Lead, supervising and providing performance evaluations for technical professionals. During their time at Exide Technologies, Bob also gained experience in Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, ISO, and vendor issues.

In 2001, Bob joined Motorola as a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer and Team Lead, where they guided small project teams and provided regular project updates to upper management. Bob also achieved significant cost reductions through design changes.
