Fran van Nierop-Dunbar

Fran Van Nierop-Dunbar has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. They most recently worked at Grayling as a Talent Acquisition Specialist starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The MISSION Group as a Recruitment Business Partner from July 2016 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and building a talent pipeline for various vacancies. Fran also served as an Internal Recruiter at Computershare UK from December 2015 to July 2016, where they contributed to global recruitment efforts. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at fishtank (Ashton Consulting) from May 2012 to December 2015, specializing in marketing, PR, and creative recruitment. Fran has experience recruiting for agency and client-side vacancies across various disciplines and levels.

Fran Van Nierop-Dunbar pursued their education chronologically, starting in 1998 with obtaining their GCSE's from The Red Maids School. Fran then attended City of Bristol College from 2003 to 2005, where they completed their A-Levels in Spanish, French, Law, and Psychology. Finally, from 2005 to 2009, Fran studied Hispanic Studies at the University of Liverpool, specializing in Spanish and Portuguese.
