James Clothier is an accomplished media and crisis management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across renowned organizations. Currently serving as Head of Crisis at Grayling since April 2025, James previously held the position of Head of UK Media at Weber Shandwick from June 2021 to April 2025, where also functioned as a Media Consultant. Prior to this, James spent over 16 years at News UK, progressing from Senior News Editor to Deputy Head of Features. Additional experience includes serving as Associate News Editor at the Daily Mail from March 2000 to October 2004 and as Chief Reporter at the Express & Star from September 1996 to March 2000.
