Kristina Bogataj has extensive work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Kristina started their career as a Project Assistant at SOZ - Slovenska oglaševalska zbornica in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they held the position of Project Assistant, where they gained valuable experience in project management.
In 2012, Kristina joined Imelda Ogilvy as a PR Assistant, where they collaborated on various projects and provided communication guidance and support to different businesses and societies. Kristina then moved on to Luna\TBWA in 2013, where they worked as an Account Assistant.
Kristina returned to SOZ - Slovenska oglaševalska zbornica in 2013, this time as a Project Assistant for the Slovenian Advertising Festival - SOF. Kristina held this role for a brief period before transitioning to their next position.
In 2014, Kristina became an Account Manager at SOZ - Slovenska oglaševalska zbornica. Kristina managed accounts and worked on the 22nd Golden Drum International Advertising Festival as a Project Manager in 2015. Their responsibilities included focusing on the congress part of the festival, VIP logistics, and sponsorships.
From 2016 to 2019, Kristina joined Paideia Events. Kristina served as a Communications Manager and Communications Director at SOF & Golden Drum, respectively. In this role, they had strategic and implementation responsibilities, focusing on event content, communications, sponsor and partner coordination, and VIP logistics.
In 2019, Kristina joined SOZ - Slovenian Advertising Chamber as a Communications Manager for the Slovenian Advertising Festival - SOF and the International Festival of Creativity Golden Drum. Kristina held this position until 2021.
Currently, Kristina is working as a Public Relations Account Manager at Grayling, where they started in late 2022.
Kristina Bogataj has a strong education background in marketing communications and public relations. In 2018, they obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing Communications from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences. Prior to that, they had earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a specialization in Marketing Communications and Public Relations from the same institution in 2013. In 2010, they briefly studied International Business Administration at European-University Viadrina. Additionally, in 2012 they obtained a Social Media & Community Manager Certificate from the Slovenian Association of Public Relations.
