Lily Downes

Lily Downes has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being at Grayling, where they served as a Senior Account Manager starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Manager at Grayling from July 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Grayling, Lily had worked at Counter Context Ltd as an Account Manager from March 2021 to February 2022, and as an Account Executive from January 2020 to February 2021. Additionally, they have volunteered at Repowering London as a Community Volunteer from October 2019 to January 2020. Lily has also gained research experience as a Research Volunteer at Justspace, a network of community groups in London, where they focused on environmental issues in the draft London Plan from December 2018 to June 2019. Lastly, Lily served as a Climate Strategy Advisor at The Collective from September 2018 to October 2018.

Lily Downes completed their education with a Master of Science - MS in Environment, Politics and Society from UCL in the year 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Geography from the same university, graduating in 2018. Lily's education journey started at Haileybury and Imperial Service College, where they pursued A Level studies in Geography, Maths, and Psychology from 2012 to 2014.
