Ian Williams is the Head of Client Services at graylink since January 2009. Prior to their current role, Ian worked as an Implementation Project Manager and Client Partner within the same company. Before joining graylink, Ian worked at Xepa Consulting as an Account Manager from July 2007 to December 2008. Ian's career in the tech industry began at Media24 in January 2007 as a Support Technician.
