Trent Gashi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. In 2009, they worked as an IT Engineer at NimbusWeb Ltd, where they were responsible for the planning and installation of network infrastructure, CCTV and O365 solutions. In 2014, they moved to Autotask Corporation, where they worked as a RMM Product Support Specialist tier 2, owning and investigating customer reported issues with the Autotask product. From 2016-2019, they worked at LogicMonitor as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, co-creating, planning and delivering LM Huddle events. In 2019, they joined Auvik Networks Inc. as a Senior Partner Success Manager, where they planned and co-ordinated the inaugral Auvik EMEA Accelerator event. Finally, in 2020, they moved to Varonis as a Customer Success Manager, and in 2021 they joined Graylog, Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Trent Gashi completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at the University of Greenwich from 2004 to 2008. Prior to this, they attended Rooks Heath High School from 1998 to 2002.
