Bradley Taylor

Bradley Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as an Operational Excellence Manager at CVS Health, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon from 2020 to 2023, taking on roles such as Technical Program Manager, Process Excellence Specialist, and Operations Manager. From 2018 to 2020, Bradley was a Customer Success Manager at MachineMetrics, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and subscription renewal. Before that, they worked at Eaton's Crouse-Hinds Business as a Sr. Continuous Improvement Specialist, focusing on developing the Lean culture. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Mott Corporation, ensuring product quality and supporting various production value streams. Bradley also has experience as a Project Manager at Admill Machine, an Adjunct Professor at Naugatuck Valley Community College, and a Project Engineer at TRUMPF Inc., specializing in process improvement and lean methodologies.

Bradley Taylor completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Technology Management from Central Connecticut State University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Technology from the same university from 2010 to 2011. Before attending Central Connecticut State University, Bradley pursued their studies in Industrial Technology at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2006 to 2010. Their education began at Upland High School, where they earned their High School diploma in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Bradley has obtained several certifications. These include a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Amazon in March 2022, a 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA in January 2022, and a Leadership Program certification from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management in April 2020. Bradley also holds certifications such as ISO 9001:2015/AS9100 Rev D Internal Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, ISO 9001:2008/AS9100 Rev C Internal Auditor, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, among others.
