Michelle Lo

Michelle Lo is a seasoned professional in engineering operations and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Robotic Engineering Operations at GrayMatter Robotics since July 2023, where leadership of a team focused on AI-powered manufacturing systems is a primary responsibility. Previous experience includes roles as Lead Project Manager and Founder/Mentor at FLIK, a community hub connecting female leaders and students, and as a Venture Scout at Rebel One, an early-stage fund supporting impactful founders. Additional expertise was gained at Faraday Future, where responsibilities included design quality oversight, and at Tesla, where process optimization for part appearance quality was successfully managed. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management (with Honors) and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Western University, as well as graduate coursework in Business Analytics and Data Science from Ivey Business School.
