Chandrakala Gurram has over 13 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. chandrakala is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at GrayMatter Software Services Pvt Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager in the same company.

Before joining GrayMatter, Chandrakala worked as the Manager of HR-Talent Management at iOPEX Technologies for a period of three years. chandrakala also gained experience as the Manager of Human Resources at Ducen for a year.

Chandrakala's career began at Ness Technologies (India) Pvt.Ltd -PayPal IDC, where they served as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources for two years. chandrakala then moved on to Concentrix, where they worked as the Lead Executive in Employee Relations for over two years.

In addition, Chandrakala has also worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Alignbiz Technology Pvt Ltd and as a Unit-HR at HMRI(Health Management Research Institute). Overall, their diverse experience has shaped their into a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in talent management and employee relations.
