Frank Zouras

Frank Zouras has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Frank is currently working as the Director of Marketing & New Business Development at Graymont since 2021. Before that, they held the position of Director Business Development & Innovation at Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at Hydrite Chemical Co. from 2014 to 2017 and as the Managing Director at Carus Corporation from 2011 to 2014. Frank also worked at Carus as the Director Commercial Development & Innovation from 2009 to 2010 and as the Director Sales & Marketing from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they were the General Manager at W.R. Grace from 2005 to 2007. Before that, they had a long tenure at Nouryon, formerly Akzo Nobel Chemicals, where they held various roles including Global Business Director from 1997 to 2005, Regional Business Director from 1993 to 1996, Purchasing Director from 1989 to 1993, and Key Account Manager from 1987 to 1988.

Frank Zouras has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Chicago. Frank also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business-Marketing from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have a specialized MBA in Organizational Leadership from both Nyenrode Business University and SKEMA Business School. Frank further enhanced their education by completing a program in Organizational Leadership & Coaching from the Center for Creative Leadership.
