Jake Karlsruher

Jake Karlsruher is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President and Senior Product Counsel at Grayscale Investments, a position held since June 2020, after progressing from Director and Associate roles within the company. Prior to Grayscale, Jake was an Investment Management Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2017 to January 2020. Jake's career began with a role as an English Teacher at Shenzhen Middle School, where conversational English was taught to high school students. Jake holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, graduating magna cum laude and serving on Law Review, and a B.A. in Economics and English from Vanderbilt University, also graduating magna cum laude.
