Myron De Souza, CPA, CA has over 13 years of professional experience in the finance and accounting industry. Myron began their career in 2006 as an Experienced Senior Associate at PwC, where they were responsible for overseeing teams of 3-4 staff, drafting reporting memos, reviewing audit sections, preparing financial statements, and presenting audit plans and results. In 2010, they joined Dome Productions as an Events Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the mobile facilities schedule and preparing the annual business plan and quarterly forecasts. Myron was later promoted to Senior Manager of Event Production, where they managed 5 production managers and the mobile facilities scheduler, negotiated long-term rental agreements, and assessed the feasibility of asset acquisitions and new technology. In 2019, they joined Grayson Matthews as the Director of Finance, where they are responsible for the strategic and operational portion of the annual and quarterly budget preparation and its presentation to the executive team.
