Avni J Thakkar, FCCA, began their work experience as a Trainee Chartered Certified Accountant at ProAccounts UK in 2010, where they prepared accounts and tax returns for clients. Avni J then worked as a Financial Controller at GCC plc from 2011 to 2013, overseeing billing and customer satisfaction for the company's commercial cleaning solutions. In 2014, Avni worked as a Temporary Staff Accountant at Radarworks, handling daily bank reconciliations. Avni J also served as a Temporary Senior Accountant/Analyst at ITV Studios, where they were responsible for month-end reporting and board pack preparation. Currently, Avni is working as a Finance Director at GRB Entertainment, a production company and international distributor, where they perform corporate accounting tasks such as quarterly consolidation and annual budget preparation.

Avni J Thakkar, FCCA, completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting and Finance from Brunel University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to this, Avni attended Riddlesdown High School from 1999 to 2006. Avni also obtained a certification as an ACCA Member from ACCA in 2014.
