Reza Eskandari

Reza Eskandari is a seasoned business owner and operations expert with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently leading Grease Monkey International, LLC since January 2019, Reza has successfully built two operational units in Texas. Previous roles include Vice President of Denver Operations at Domino's and Vice President of Operations at PJCA MANAGEMENT, where Reza managed $55 million in annual revenue, achieving significant sales growth and expanding store count. Reza's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations and General Manager at Papa John's International, overseeing substantial revenue growth. Reza holds a degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and previously attended Texas Tech University.
