From our signature Great Age Fitness Parks™ and Great Age Senior Fitness Club™ at Discovery Green Park to our Great Age Senior Art & Exercise™ sessions in local museums, we provide engaging, holistic experiences that support physical, emotional, and social well-being. Our objective is to combat isolation and loneliness while promoting healthy aging all while eliminating cost as a barrier so seniors can thrive, connect, and fully enjoy life-enhancing opportunities in their community.
