Anne Reynolds has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Anne started their career at Staffmark in 2008, where they worked as an Account Manager and Recruiter for four years. In 2012, they joined Great American Insurance Group as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of HR Business Partner, focusing on technology, predictive analytics, and innovation. Currently, they hold the position of Recruiting Manager, where they serve as a Lead Technology Recruiter and HR Business Partner.
Anne Reynolds completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Studies at Eastern Kentucky University from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "The Shift Toward a Skills-First Mindset: A Thought-Leader Roundtable" from LinkedIn in 2023.
