Kelsey Pope

Kelsey Pope is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as the Actuarial Research & Analysis Manager at Great American Insurance Group since December 2021, managing loss cost filings for various lines of business including Commercial Property and General Liability. Previously, Kelsey held positions at American Modern Insurance Group, specializing in recreational and specialty client products, and at Nationwide Insurance, where responsibilities included performing quarterly state indications and providing rate recommendations. Kelsey began the career with an internship at Central Insurance, focusing on personal lines underwriting. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, along with relevant examination progress through the Casualty Actuarial Society. Kelsey also has a minor in German from Technical University of Dresden.
