Leah Ball

Leah Ball is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Great American Insurance Group since September 2017, Leah provides HR consultation and drives performance management initiatives across various business units. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Gensuite LLC, where responsibilities included managing the full employee life cycle and leading HR initiatives, and Area Human Resources Manager at Equinox, overseeing HR activities for 1,300 employees across ten locations. Leah also held various HR roles at Equinox, managing employee relations and compliance, and began a career at CB2 as an Office Manager. Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Ball State University, earned in 2010.
