Dave Novack

Dave Novack has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having worked as Managing Partner, Assistant General Manager, and Manager at Great American Restaurants since August 2006. Prior to this role, Dave served as General Manager at Cornerstone Grill & Bar from April 2003 to August 2006. Dave is also pursuing education at Mercyhurst University, with studies ongoing since 1997.
