Ryan McCarthy has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having served in various managerial roles at Great American Restaurants since September 2019, including Managing Partner, Assistant General Manager, and Manager. Prior to this position, Ryan spent nearly 18 years at Passion Food Hospitality, where responsibilities included Director of Operations, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager. Additionally, Ryan contributed to the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington as a member of the Board of Directors from May 2014 to August 2019. Ryan holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Our current locations include: Patsy's American in Tysons, Randy's Prime Seafood & Steaks in Tysons, Ozzie's Good Eats in Fairfax, Good Eats Emporium in Sterling, Jackson's in Reston, Artie's in Fairfax, Carlyle in Arlington, Mikes American in Springfield, Silverado in Annandale, Best Buns in Arlington and Tysons, Coastal Flats in Tysons, Fairfax and Gaithersburg and Sweetwater Tavern in Merrifield, Sterling and Centreville.
