Liz Sands

Liz Sands has a wide range of work experience in various industries and roles. Liz started their career in 2007 as a Programme Director at Defra, where they focused on organizational redesign, governance, performance management, and shared services. Liz then worked at 3i Group plc as the Director of Operational Performance Improvement from 2008 to 2010. Following that, Liz joined A.T. Kearney as the Head of UK Organisation and Transformation Practice from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they also served as a Trustee at BSS from 2008 to 2015. Liz then became a Non-Executive Director at Devon Partnership NHS Trust from 2013 to 2016 and at Ardea Enterprises Ltd as an Independent Advisor from 2013 onwards. In 2014, they took on the role of Non-Executive Director and Chairman at Great Bowery, which they held until May 2017. In 2018, Liz served as a Non-Executive Director at Anexo Group PLC and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). Liz also became the Chairman and CEO of Great Bowery in 2018. Liz continued their Non-Executive Director roles at Goonvean Holdings Ltd from 2019 and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) until 2019.

Liz Sands obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemistry from the University of Kent, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Kingston University between 1999 and 2001. Currently, Liz is associated with Cass Business School, although specific details regarding their degree and field of study are not provided.
