Liz Sands has a wide range of work experience in various industries and roles. Liz started their career in 2007 as a Programme Director at Defra, where they focused on organizational redesign, governance, performance management, and shared services. Liz then worked at 3i Group plc as the Director of Operational Performance Improvement from 2008 to 2010. Following that, Liz joined A.T. Kearney as the Head of UK Organisation and Transformation Practice from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they also served as a Trustee at BSS from 2008 to 2015. Liz then became a Non-Executive Director at Devon Partnership NHS Trust from 2013 to 2016 and at Ardea Enterprises Ltd as an Independent Advisor from 2013 onwards. Liz Sands obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemistry from the University of Kent, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Kingston University between 1999 and 2001.
