Robert Lewis

Robert Lewis is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the railway and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the Great British Railways Transition Team, Robert is responsible for managing Digital PAYG initiatives. Robert's previous experience at Trainline includes roles such as Continuous Improvement Manager, where a focus on service enhancements and automation led to improved customer engagement, and Project Manager for the implementation of Fresh Works. Additionally, as Service Delivery Manager, Robert developed an in-house support portal to streamline customer support processes. A strong history in account management and operational leadership was established while managing key relationships with major UK rail companies and transforming underperforming contact centers. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Sheffield Hallam University.
