Tony Dias

Tony Dias has a diverse and extensive work experience in health and safety roles. Tony currently serves as the Health and Safety Director at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. Prior to this, Tony worked at Finastra for over a decade, where they held various leadership positions. Tony served as the Global Physical Security Lead, Global Health and Safety Lead, Global Environmental Sustainability Lead, and Corporate Social Responsibility Lead - Americas. In these roles, Tony led the development and implementation of health and safety, environmental sustainability, and corporate social responsibility programs. Before joining Finastra, Tony worked at CBI Health, where they were a Project Leader and Senior Work Injury Management Specialist. During their time at CBI Health, they managed a team of health and safety consultants and oversaw the development and delivery of health, safety, and wellness programs across Canada. Overall, Tony's work experience showcases their expertise in health and safety management, environmental sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.

Tony Dias has a Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the University of Toronto in 2022. Tony also holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Lakehead University. Additionally, they have completed various certifications such as ISO 45001: 2018 - Internal Auditor, Change Management Foundations, Registered Kinesiologist, OHSAS 18001:2007 Internal Auditor, JHSC Certification Parts 1 and 2, and Canadian Registered Safety Professional.
