Jack Gillis

Jack Gillis is the current Director at Great Circle. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director - Investment Banking at National City Bank from January 2008 to April 2009. Jack was responsible for heading the Consumer Group and St. Louis office, as well as being a senior investment banker with oversight of business development, relationship management, and execution of mergers and acquisitions with middle market consumer products and retail companies. In their previous position at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., they provided mergers & acquisitions financial advisory services to middle market companies in the business services, consumer, industrial, energy and technology industries. Jack advised business owners, executives and boards of directors in exclusive sale transactions, acquisitions, divestitures and related party transactions. Jack Gillis started their career in investment banking as an Investment Banking Associate at Lehman Brothers from August 1995 to May 1996.

Jack Gillis has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College, and a Master of Business Administration from Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School.
