Kathy Francescon

Kathy Francescon serves as vice president of finance and PQI. She joined Great Circle in 2020 as controller. She oversees all financial operations, ensures compliance with internal controls, develops budgets and forecasts, and manages the annual audit and tax return preparation. In addition, Kathy oversees performance improvement and quality efforts, ensuring contract compliance and agency accreditation. Prior to joining Great Circle, she served as a financial leader and executive in a variety of industries and non-profit organizations spanning her 35-year career.. She is a graduate of University of Missouri-St. Louis with a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting. Kathy is a certified public accountant and member of AICPA and MSCPA.
