Natalea Wright is an experienced brewer currently operating at The Great Dane Pub and Brewing Company since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing a 15bbl manual brewhouse and monitoring fermentation statuses. Previous experience includes a brewer position at Giant Jones Brewing, LLC, where contributions involved brewing, packaging, and managing taproom operations while also overseeing inventory and equipment installation. At Octopi, extensive brewing experience was gained using a 50bbl semi-automatic Huber Brewhouse system, alongside roles as Assistant Brewer and Brewing Packaging Operator.
